PolyBelt™

Super-strong polyamide core (covered by high quality Nitrile Rubber) with overlap joint, offers extended-life, high power transmission capability and high operating duty cycles. Inherent properties of PolyBelt are low noise, excellent durability, anti-static, stable coefficient of friction and abrasion resistance.

PolySprint™

High performance polyester core with finger joint, offers better flexibility, high speeds and can run in small diameter pulleys. Inherent properties are lower power consumption, low noise, shorter take-up, etc. SEB™ (Super Endless Belt)

Super Endless Belts come with 3 different cores – knitted fabric, polyester core and fiberglass core – offers excellent flexibility and rotational stability, bending and abrasion resistance. Highly suitable for fixed center drives.

Conveyor Belts

Polyester core and with a range of top and bottom covers (PVC / PU / Silicone / Fabric) and different profiles, offer excellent wear resistance, smooth surface and lateral stability. Nitta offers complete range of belts for conveying applications, trash, blow room, winding, cover tape, etc.

Nitta Belts for Special Applications:

• Bale Plucker – Cover Tape: Nitta 3 XR 905/905 LSQ belt offers good lateral stability, flexibility and smooth running along the length.

• Unimix – Conveyor: Nitta Special GP and NDP profile conveyor belts offer excellent grip to the fiber, ensures uniform feeding to the inclined lattices.

• Open End Spinning – Trash Conveying: Nitta 2 HRF 305 KAM belt, the Wool Felt Top layer catches and holds all the trash and micro dust during operation. Belt’s flexibility and unique structure of wool felt ensure easy release of the dust at collection point.

• Lap Forming – Main Belt: Nitta Special polyamide belt, consists of smooth PA film on top side of the belt, helps in winding the lap without adding any variation in material. Special rubber structure on pulley side helps to run the belt without slippage.
