VXLRT is a name that needs no introduction to anyone from the textile industry. The company, a part of the VXL Group, is all set to showcase its expertise in ring travellers, at the forthcoming Texfair 2024 trade fair to be held in Coimbatore.
We caught up with R. Govindaraju and N. Damodharan, Managing Directors of the company and found out more about the company’s participation at the event. “As everyone knows FY 2023-24 was a tough year for the textile fraternity. In our case there has been a small dip. We don’t know when the tide will turn. We hope for the best though. We have been always focused on the quality of our products and improvement in consistency. We also have an experienced team, which works continuously with our customers, understanding their requirements and providing them with appropriate solutions, which has held us in good stead,” Govindaraju observed.
“Texfair has always been an important platform for us to reach out to customers from around India and the world. We will be displaying our range of ring travellers at the exhibition. Additionally, we will also be showcasing products from our other group company VXL Systems, i.e., waste collection and baling systems at the event, “he mentioned.
Quality range
The company offers a wide range of ring travellers including, ‘Alpha’, ‘Ultimate’, ‘Ultimate +’, ‘Ulti-Fein’, ‘Startech’, ‘Ace Jet’, ‘Astra’ and ‘Plus Series’. “Our rings are globally known for their quality and reliability. The range includes rings for every purpose, “Damodharan said.
Speaking about the stand out features of the products from VXL Systems, he stated,” Our waste collection systems come with a lot of innovations. We offer automation from blow room to the ring frame.” The waste collection systems with Industry 4.0 and IoT features, as well as a unique type of auto cleaning and suction arrangement, is finding an increasing number of takers.
The company’s auto baling system has also been rising on the popularity charts. According to Govindaraju, the system allows for centralized baling, even if there are 2-3 mills in a single compound. The baling system also features IoT which enables the company to monitor its customers systems from the group’s office.
Global presence
Given its focus on R&D and innovation, it’s not surprising that the group’s reputation has crossed international borders and its products are in demand in many key global markets, including, China, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.
The company has been participating in Texfair right from its inception. Damodharan while speaking about the importance of the trade fair said,” This exhibition visitors a chance to take a closer look at the latest innovations in textile machinery. Similarly, for us it is a chance to meet customers from various parts of India, as well as overseas. It also a platform for networking, as well as exchange of ideas.
Welcoming visitors to the company’s booth, Govindaraju said “We look forward to interacting with visitors from around the world at our stall – ‘B 40’, at Texfair 2024. Our team is ready to welcome visitors, answer all their queries and explain to them about the benefits that our products can offer.”
