Vardhman Textiles Ltd. has received approval to set up two major units in Himachal Pradesh.
Auro Textiles and Mahavir Spinning Mills, both subsidiaries of Vardhman Textiles, have been given permission by the single window clearance and monitoring authority. While the former proposes to invest Rs. 22,858 lakhs with an employment potential of 392, the latter plans to invest Rs. 33,028 lakhs with an employment potential of 860.
