Four business divisions of the Truetzschler Group will jointly exhibit their products at India ITME. Machines and technologies for the Indian market will take the center-stage.
Truetzschler Spinning is introducing the new card TC 8. This machine has been specifically designed for the Indian market and will be built at Truetzschler India Private Ltd., Ahmedabad.
TC 8 is the top card in the card segment with one metre working width. It offers highest productivity and sets standards in its segment with regard to energy efficiency.
Depending on application, exclusive developments are part of the standard equipment of this high production – T-Con, the optimisation tool for cards, MAGNOTOP, the magnetic fastening system for flat tops, NEPCONTROL, the online nep monitoring and TC 8-1S Plus, the special card for man-made fibres.
Truetzschler is further displaying the new Card TC 11 for the first time in India, a card made in Germany. The TC 11 is the worldwide leading card with the largest carding area of 5.3 m². It offers high productivity and sets standards with regard to energy efficiency.
The Truetzschler SECUROPROP SP-FPU is the only foreign part separator with three detection modules. Three different detection technologies in one machine, combined with three lighting principles, provide unprecedented efficiency.
The new Truetzschler draw frame TD 8 comes with new sensor technology. The new feed sensor disc leveller TD-DL ensures consistently uniform sliver count and significantly improves sliver count variation. The new quality sensor disc monitor TD-DM in the delivery area of the draw frame permanently monitors the quality data of the sliver.
The standard features of TD 8 are maintenance-free and digitally controlled motors, comprehensive quality monitoring, including spectrogram analyses and thick places monitoring, self-optimizing of the drafts, computer control with touch screen, active lifting of top rolls during standstill, and step-less setting of break draft, delivery speed and draft without changing wheels.
The new Toyota-Truetzschler comber TCO 12 is a result of co-operation between two world class producers of textile machinery. The product launched during ITMA Asia 2012 will be demonstrated at India ITME. With the mechanical speed of up to 600 nips/min, the machine produces consistent, reproducible qualities of combed sliver of highest level, thanks to the 2-twin-drive technology.
The main advantages of TCO 12 are reduction of torsion to 25 per cent, reduction of vibration to less than 25 per cent, optimised sliver coiling geometry, simple optimisation of piecing process, and simple operation due to good accessibility.
Truetzschler Card Clothing (TCC) presents itself as a leading card clothing supplier for spinning and nonwovens industries. The focus will be on new developments such as the flats series NovoTop A and the first maintenance-free cylinder clothing FGX 1. In addition, the extensive service network in India and the service products are addressed by TCC.
