The Coimbatore-based Tiny Top Engineering is one of the leading manufacturers of hydraulic presses for textile application, as also multicolor cop sorting machines, briquette machines, etc. In the field since 2000, the company showcased its two key products at Texfair 2016 – the automatic bale press and and automatic cone packing machine.
Going into details of the automatic bale press, Mr. Suresh T. Sankaran, Director of the company, said: “With this machine, we have simplified and made the entire baling process easier and less labor intensive. The only work that a person has to do with this machine is bale strapping”.
The machine is a perfect testimonial to the company’s R&D prowess. Speaking on the company’s R&D initiatives, Mr. B. Anandapadmanaban, Director of Tiny Top Engineering, observed: “This is a 100% indigenously developed product. We have taken utmost care about the safety aspect. We have matched European safety standards. You can say that it is an accident-free machine”.
Some of the other salient features of the automatic bale press are automatic collection of fiber from the compactor to the silos, automatic regulation of different types of fiber from the respective silo to the bale press through the conveyor, automatic lifting of the press box on reading the pre-set bale weight and automatic ejection of the strapped bale.
The company management was also happy about the enthusiastic public response for its other new product, the automatic cone packing machine. On the specialty of the product, Mr. Sankaran said: “We have made a European standard machine, which we are making available at Indian prices for the typically cost-conscious Indian customer. However, for the economical price, the customer can expect top-notch quality and features. We will never compromise on quality”.
Giving his views on the product, Mr. Anandapadmanaban stated: “This machine can be custom-built according to specific requirements. The machine is designed to offer an error-free performance”.
The company has a team of about 15 experienced professionals to offer prompt service in every nook and corner of the country.
Tiny Top’s sister concern, Gainerss Control, also displayed a Cops Sorter machine at the event. Elaborating on the key features of the product, Mr. S.K. Muthusamy, Managing Director of the company, said: “This machine is a proven performer. We have already sold over 250 units. It is developed for reduction in usage of manpower and quick payback, just like our other products”.
Gainerss also offers its cotton contamination sorter which comes with a host of innovative features.
