TeraSpin is excited to launch its new HF S 562 spindle, which has many special features designed to ensure not only the lowest energy consumption in the yarn spinning process, but also minimum noise and ease of use that increase worker comfort and productivity.
This spindle has reduced energy consumption by up to 9% in the ring frame. Additionally, the meticulously engineered dual damping system ensures very stable running of spindles even at speeds of 30,000 rpm. TeraSpin’s first customer for HF S 562 spindle has realised excellent & consistent results since its installation, leading to significant interest in bulk orders.
The HF S 562 spindle features a compact neck bearing enabling a minimum wharve diameter of 17 mm, the smallest wharve diameter of any commercially available spindle in the world. The design of the two radial bearings can withstand higher radial loads. The double elastic bolster structure of the HF S 562 spindle minimizes the load on the neck bearing. Also, the compact configuration of the HF S 562 spindle bearing unit necessitates a reduced volume of oil, resulting in a significant decrease in spindle oil consumption when compared to a standard spindle with an 18.5 mm wharve diameter.
The HF S 562 spindle is available with the patented Smart Yarn Catcher (SYC) which has proven performance across various materials and counts. Alternatively, this spindle can also be provided with a knurling and cutter design, enhancing its energy-saving capabilities.
Since acquiring the textile machinery components division from SKF India in 2012 and launching the TeraSpin brand, A.T.E. has made a sustained commitment to research and development. This dedication has led to the creation of innovative products such as Smart cradle for ring frame drafting, Smart yarn catcher to avoid residual yarn accumulation on auto doffing spindles & flexi weighting arms to replace pneumatic drafting to have zero maintenance & operation cost that distinguish themselves in the market by fulfilling customer demands for quality and performance.
