With production facilities and service branches in India, China, Brazil and the US, as well as a number of service centers in important textile centers across the globe, the company has an excellent market presence and close proximity to the customers.

At ITMA 2015, Trützschler exhibited advanced technology in the field of sliver preparation. Trützschler TSCAN TS-T5, the new generation foreign part separators with two additional technologies of G module with advance imaging and highly sophisticated Led-lighting for detection of small contaminants, has improved operational efficiency of foreign part   detection multifold as compared to former SP-FPU which was equipped with only Color module, PP module and UV modules. With the addition of these two more technologies, detection and removal of white/opaque PP strips and small/thin coloured PP strips has improved to an unprecedented level.

For the first time quality sensors of the finisher draw frame was introduced on new Trützschler Card TC 15, which is an advanced version of former wider width TC 11 card.  With the new features like “Disc Monitor” and “Pneumatic Piecing” incorporated at the web delivery unit in Card TC 15, the operational efficiency has improved many times, resulting in increased productivity levels, less energy requirement and lower wastages during process.

Trützschler introduced “Jumbo Cans” for cards, draw frames and combers. These cans have 1,200 mm diameter. Compared to a can with 1,000 mm diameter, a Jumbo Can holds 43 per cent more sliver. This means a 30 per cent reduction of downtime during the can change. This also has a positive impact on the overall efficiency of the respective machines and spinning plant

The draw frame product range has been further expanded with addition of TD 9 series. The Superlap TSL 12 requires less personnel and the development in the field of combing has also under progress with introduction of Toyota-Trützschler Comber TCO 12 with large can formats.

Realizing future growth in the key textile market, Trützschler established its Indian subsidiaries in Ahmedabad. Truetzschler India is now a 36-year-old company manufacturing the latest series Trützschler machinery like TC cards, TD draw frames and foreign part separators. The numbers of installations are growing every year, and in March, Truetzschler India will produce and deliver the 10,000th card from the Ahmedabad facility.
