Speaking exclusively to The Textile Magazine, Mr. A. Thangavel, the company’s Founder Promoter, said: “Our company was established in 1988. We had participated in ITME’s 1992, 1996 and 2000 editions. Then there was some restructuring and upgradation of technology and infrastructure in our group companies, due to which we didn’t participate for a brief period. Subsequently though, we once again started participating from 2012 onwards. ITME is a one-of-its-kind trade show and participation in it will help us showcase our latest product offerings.”

The company is introducing its new drawframe autoleveller model – Super Ultima ASD 1200i at the event. “Visitors can get a close look at the product at our stall in Hall 1 – E 22. With the latest technology and features, we are sure that it will surpass the popularity of our earlier model – “Super Ultima ASD 1000i”, said Mr. T.S. Sundaram, Joint Managing Director.

Highlighting the key reason that has made the company stand out from the rest, Mr. Sundaram observed: “Quality need not be costly – has always been our motto. We endeavor to offer machines that match those that are offered by leading global OEMs in terms of quality, output, and performance, but at an affordable price.”

According to Mr. Sundaram, the company looked forward to showcase the product at the event to spinning mills from India and abroad.

The company’s clientele includes big names like Ramco Group, Bannari Amman Group and Jayalakshmi Group, among other several mills across the country.

Pointing out the biggest strength of the company, Mr. Thangavel said: “Quality, work culture and an exclusive R&D setup have been behind our success story. For a relatively small company, we have a strong R&D focus and it has helped us carve a niche for ourselves.”

The company has a wide after-sales service support network with branches in Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, New Delhi, Maharashtra and West Bengal.

Mr. Thangavel expressed satisfaction over the company’s performance till now in 2016. “While the recent times have seen recessionary trends, we have not been affected much. We will be comfortably achieving our target of selling 50 machines, if not more, which is the target we have set for ourselves this year.”

Going into details of the company’s future plans, Mr. Sundaram said: “We will be coming out with an advanced spinning technology sometime in the near future. The R&D work is still going on. We will make a formal announcement once the product is ready.”
