InspirOn undoubtedly was the best Indian stall at ITMA this year in terms of product display. Its main product that attracted visitor interest was the SprintOn Stenter with its slogan “Proudly Indian”.
Mr. Prakash Bhagwati, Chairman and Managing Director of InspirOn, said: “The response to both InspirOn’s products Flyer and Stenter was quite overwhelming in terms of the quality of visitors as well as their numbers”.
With regard to Stenter, the company has been able to highlight innovations in air circulation system, which improves drying efficiency up to 15 per cent. Additionally, redesigning of chain parts, operator-friendly, Graphic User Interface and improving on aesthetics and ergonomics, made the newly launched SprintOn Stenter machine stand apart from the best known brands from Europe on display at ITMA.
InspirOn’s KaPrec heat recovery unit also generated a lot of interest. Besides being more efficient in heat recovery and compact in design it has got a user-friendly feature of cleaning it at a low frequency of 6 to 8 months as against 10 to 15 days of its competitors.
“This being a launch event of our SprintOn Stenter, we did not expect any business deal to be concluded during the exhibition. However, the response to our stenter from European, North American and Latin American countries was highly encouraging. We did finalise a number of orders for flyers from original equipment manufacturers as well as end-users”, said Mr. Bhagwati.
“We were able to finalise long-term sales arrangement for global markets for our SprintOn Stenter with leading processing equipment supplier of Europe. Aesthetics and ergonomics was the major focus at ITMA 2015. Our product SprintOn’s thrust on the same was appreciated by most of the visitors as well as the competitors”, he added.
The company received close to 200 enquiries for SprintOn and other related products from many visitors to its booth. As many as 125 enquiries were from leading American and European customers. The response from the Indian market was also equally good. The profile of visitors was mainly from the knit segment, technical textile and specialty applications.
Commenting on the business prospects in 2016, the Chairman said potential markets like India and Turkey are likely to have better economic growth on account of the prevalent political stability. The US market is also likely to once again open up for textiles as the shift is rapidly taking place from outsourcing of manufactured goods to local manufacturing.
