The absence of movement for both fabric and warp guarantees no warp scraping on the droppers and heddles and a perfect control for the pile and ground warp tensions as the backrest and fabric support are still. And the just-formed-piles simply and smoothly pass over the fabric support, with no other motion than the natural fabric taking up.

Today the company provides its superior terry technology that ensures a dramatic productivity hike, thanks to the new pile tension equalizer (PTE) system. PTE is a steel dumping coil that trims any tension peak that may arise during the weaving on the pile warp: this comes in a much lower average stress for the pile ends, thus dropping significantly the warp stop rate.
