Loyal Textile Mills began producing Smart Aprons in 2022, as Smart Apron would submit design tech packs, along with physical design samples to Loyal Textile Mills, who in turn would produce counter samples. Smart Apron would then test these counter samples with a focus group of current customers, located throughout the US, to assist in finalizing each design, prior to production. The finalized Smart Apron designs were made from a 70% Polyester and 30% Cotton fabric, contained over 16 reinforced stress points, utilized box stitching to bind connections, incorporated high-quality components and thread. Loyal Textile Mills currently produces all 3 Smart Apron styles: Waist, Bib and Mini.
Due to Loyal Textile Mills manufacturing expertise and workmanship, Smart Apron products have achieved a very low product defective rate, and the two companies are exploring using new types of fabric and coatings, to create a line of Premium Smart Apron products.
