Responds Raju: “The first thing a customer receives from us is consistency in quality. In addition, we also happen to have a continuous bleaching range where the fabric is prepared for dyeing which is contrary to the usual market practice of soft slow rope form bleaching. As a result, it ensures that there are no creases, curls or folding marks on the fabric. The processes lead in minimisation of waste, thus saving money. This is of importance to a customer.”

The company has always been a leader in sustainability initiatives. Says Raju: “We have our own solar plant and are self-sufficient in terms of energy. We have a common ETP from which we get all our water. Almost 85% of the water is reused. We make our own brine solution. Therefore, we don’t get salt from outside. We are progressing toward long-term environmental development. That is the main goal. Production is increasing, and so is turnover. I observed the chemical consumption, shrinkage and the manner in which the fabric is fed, all of which have an impact on quality.
