Customer support in Chandigarh region being strengthened
The Saurer Group, with 160 years of excellence in production of various textile machines, has opened a state-of-the-art service center at Mohali near Chandigarh. The opening of the center, representing the group passion for customers, innovation and quality, is to enhance customer support in the Chandigarh region. The new premises include sales, aftersales and a state-of-the-art service center.
The center was officially inaugurated on August 1 by Mr. Daniel Lippuner, CEO of the Saurer Group, in the presence of the local sales and service team.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Mr. Lippuner expressed the management’s passion for innovation, customers and quality, and explained that the regional presence of strong workforce and a state-of-the-art facility are important steps to ensure the group’s achieving its primary goal of customer satisfaction.
Mr. Angelo Bonacci, Regional Sales Director at Schlafhorst, said that, considering the strategic decision taken in 2006 to open up the offices in the region and the ever growing customer base, Saurer is expanding the facility to ensure an even increased level of customer service. He expressed his confidence in achieving the goals. The new facility at Mohali will allow the group to be even closer to the customers.
