Datatex has announced that the Sanko Group has opted to continue with Datatex as its core ERP systems provider implementing systems both for Sanko and Isko manufacturing facilities and its Istanbul-based headquarters.

Sanko was founded by Mr. Sani Konukoglu in 1943. Headquartered in the south-eastern part of the Turkish city of Gaziantep. Sanko is one of the biggest textile groups in Turkey with its links with all over the world. It employs more than 14,000 people.
Sanko’s main product lines are yarns and knitted fabrics. Currently, it has 500,000 spindles. Daily production capacity is 300 tons of yarn. About 15 tons of capacity is 100 per cent cotton melange, 15 tons of blended yarns, 30 tons in open-end production and the rest ring spun production. Sanko also produces 150 tons of knitted fabric per day.
