Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav recently inaugurated Sagar Manufacturers Pvt Ltd’s (SMPL) state-of-the-art automated textile Unit 6 in Tamot village, Tehsil Goharganj, Raisen district. The unit, operated by Sagar Group, will focus on manufacturing Blow Room Blend Cotton Polyester Combed and Compact Yarns in the Count range of 20s to 45s, contributing significantly to the state’s economy through exports to over 20 countries.
Sagar Group, led by Mr. Sudhir Kumar Agrawal, Chairman, and Mr. Siddarth Sudhir Agrawal, Managing Director, has invested Rs 1000 crore in the textile sector in Madhya Pradesh, providing direct and indirect employment to approximately 3000-3500 youth.
