Rieter, a global leader in spinning systems, has acquired a majority shareholding in Prosino S.r.l., effective October 31, 2024. This strategic acquisition will see Prosino S.r.l. integrated into Bräcker AG, further enhancing Rieter’s offerings in the spinning industry.
For over 40 years, Prosino and Bräcker have successfully collaborated in the development of rings and travelers for ring spinning machines, making this move a natural progression in their long-standing partnership.
