At the CII Tamil Nadu State Council meet held in Chennai, Mr. Ravi Sam, Managing Director, Adwaith Lakshmi Industries Ltd., Coimbatore, was elected Vice Chairman of the Council for 2013-14.
Mr. Sam is an active member of CII. He is a member of the CII Tamil Nadu State Council and was the immediate past Chairman of the CII Coimbatore Zone.
The Founder Trustee of Siruthuli, a movement for preservation of nature in Coimbatore, Mr. Sam is a Commerce Graduate and holds a PG Diploma in Textile Technology from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST).
