Orange O Tec Pvt. Ltd., a distributor of MS digital textile printing machines in India, has announced the achievement of delivering 80 high-speed digital textile printing machines in the Indian market. These machines are printing 85 lakh meters of digital fabric every month, accounting for a turnover of approximately Rs. 100 crores every month. This achievement has been possible only with the active technical support and helping customers in building confidence and business relations.
With their confidence, after-sales service and business relationship, the company has been able to capture more than 50% share of high-speed textile digital printing machinery business in India.
Mr. Ayush Rathi, Director of the company, said: “A pretty niche market but adapting to the digital age has really helped us increase our reach. We are very much thankful to our customers without whom we could not have achieved this height. We are proud to have installed the highest productivity machine LaRio at Shrijee Lifestyle, Mumbai, with a production of around 30000 m per day. We also have entered into the big market of home textiles with our first wider width (3.2m) machine, JPK Evo, at Indo Count, Kolhapur”.
Orange has a qualified, well-trained and dedicated service team of 20 engineers across the country. It always keeps in store almost 90 per cent of the spareparts inventory, which leads to minimum downtime for the machines.
After capturing quite a substantial market share of textile printing in India, MS has also introduced new high-speed sublimation printers, viz., JP3, JP4 and JP7, in the domestic market. MS always aims at high product quality.
