SEL’s first spinning unit came up at Ludhiana in Punjab in 2005 with machinery supplied by LMW. This humble association further strengthened with LMW’s supplies of textile machinery to our spinning unit at Nawan Shehr in Punjab.
The relationship has further strengthened with the growth of the group. SEL has set up India’s largest spinning unit at a single location, with a capacity of nearly four lakh spindles in Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh. LMW has supplied a large part of the textile machinery for this plant and has therefore supported SEL in the speedy implementation of the project.
LMW has indeed been supplying state-of-the-art machinery with adaptability to our needs. We extend our heartiest congratulations to LMW on its completion of 50 years. We hope that LMW will continue with its innovations in the textile technology field so as to minimize the cost of machinery to enable India to be globally competitive.
