Mohler Machine Works of Coimbatore, a prominent player in the field of OHTCs, launched yarn conditioning plants and bobbin transportation system at the SIMA show held in Coimbatore recently.
Since inception, Mohler OHTCs have been well received by both domestic and international customers. Within a few years the company has captured a sizeable market share. Customer satisfaction and all-round aftersales service are key factors behind the company success story.
Mohler recently added a few more products to its existing portfolio. In collaboration with a German brand, it has just started supplying YCPs and bobbin transportation system to domestic customers. The new products will be manufactured in-house at the 10,000 sq. ft. facility located on the outskirts of Coimbatore. The company has a workforce of 70 skilled labour, headed by two textile technocrats, Mr. Benny Jerald and Mr. Balasubramanian. At the SIMA show, the Mohler stall had a good footfall of customers and received a good number of orders for the year.
In an interview to The Textile Magazine, Mr. Jerald talked about the company’s performance. “We had an excellent 2014 with an organic growth of 30% to our top-lines. Our exports are increasing year on year. 2015 is going to be another great year for us, as we have already started receiving first time orders from Indonesia, Thailand, Brazil and Nepal”.
The newly-inducted products are made to order and are tailor-made to meet the customer needs. With the expertise and experience, Mohler provides cost-effective solutions for the spinning needs of a customer and thus have established a niche for itself as a reputed textile technology company.
Referring to the response at the Texfair show, he said: “We are very happy. We have received a good number of enquires for our newly-launched YCP, and we will be installing the first machine by the end of March.”
