Carding section
The new greater production C701, with the new working width of 1.500 mm, responds to the requirements of technical and technological innovation, guarantees greater production and quality in respect of the major part of the competitors and confirms the Marzoli competence in research and development.
New Working width of 1.500 mm allows increase in the production of the carding machine up to 250 kg/h with high quality of the sliver.
Carding surface of 60 per cent more than the standard models is subdivided into pre-carding area 1.08 sqm, moving flats area 1.57 sqm, and post-carding area 1.09 sqm.
The 284 degree carding angle (between the centre of the tacker-in and the centre of the doffer), the working height of 1.500 mm and the diameter of the main cylinder of 1.000 mm, make the C701 the carding machine with the greatest carding surface on the world market today.
Combing Section
The LW3 Lap Winder has been thoroughly redesigned to advance high quality and performance. The new mechanical design and lap formation system allow a speed of over 220 m/min with high quality laps. Thanks to valuable technical advancements, the average lap formation speed now reaches 190 m/ min.
Comber CM7 features and performances
Speed: 600 nips/min; production up to 100 kg/h; quality without compromise; new movement rule of the half combs and of the detaching rollers to improve the combing quality; better fibres selection with reduction of waste %; high quality of the combed sliver, with values lower than five per cent of the Uster statistics; self-cleaning top combs with improved blowing; and kinematic and dynamic optimization for a significant reduction in the energy consumption: 0,045 kw/kg.
