Marzoli will present its advanced integrated bobbin transport system at ITMA 2015. The system highlights full mechanical integration with roving and spinning frames, thus realizing a superior and integrated spinning section. This maximizes overall co-ordination and effectiveness of roving and spinning operations through a constant and regular supply for spinning frames, allowing for full productivity of the spindles. The integrated system can be tailored to the customer’s specific production process though two main configurations:
Random transport system: Bobbins are carried by a closed-circuit overhead chain along the aisles between the spinning frames. This solution perfectly suits high production spinning mills with uniform production programs.
Block creeling transport system: Roving bobbins are brought to the reserve row of the spinning frame or directly inside the creel of the spinning frame by trolley trains, maximizing overall automation and effectiveness of bobbin handling and transport operations.
