Expansion Plans
Vardhman is planning to invest about Rs. 1000 crore over the next three years, which will include expansion in a fabric printing line and yarn dyed fabric capacity. In 2015-16, 149 new customers (domestic and international) and 125 new products were introduced. The company invested Rs. 183.86 crore in line-balancing, debottlenecking initiatives and modernisation activities in yarn business in 2015-16.

During FY 2015-16, Vardhman has registered revenue of Rs. 5,587.14 crore, 9.28% growth over the last five years (CAGR). Net profit amounted to 653 cr, 81.85% growth over the previous year and 56.28% growth over the last five years (CAGR). Its exports amounted to Rs. 2,274.84 this year.
