Spinning: Indo Count produces 14,000 tons of combed cotton yarn per year. It has 80,016 spindles at Kolhapur, Maharashtra, 59,520 spindles at its Gokul Shirgaon plant and 20,496 at Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Ltd.
Processing: All bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing is completed using the latest technologies and processes at its Kagal MIDC Plant, the first of its kind in the State of Maharashtra.
Cut-n-Sew: Indo Count’s cut-n-sew factories are capable of producing sheet sets, mattress pads, pillow covers, duvet covers, comforters, quilts, cushion covers, and shams. It uses the best automated equipment to provide consistent quality and time-bound deliveries.

Expansion Plans
A two-phase expansion plan has been put in place. Phase 1 of Rs. 175 crores towards increasing processing capacity from current 68 million meters to 90 million meters, setting up a water effluent treatment plant, automation of cut and sew and warehousing and Phase 2 of Rs. 300 crores towards upgrading the existing spinning facilities, investments in additional weaving (with specialized looms) and value added equipment for the delivery of fashion and utility bedding.

Global Presence
Indo Count’s products are exported to nearly 49 countries across 5 continents. Establishing more marketing and representative offices across the globe would continue. Sells products through top-of-the-line retailers like Walmart, JC Penney, Target, etc. that have wide presence. Also sells products online through e-tailers such as Amazon under the brand ‘Color Sense’. The company will continue to expand distribution and add channels, especially with introduction of its own brands. Indo Count is the 2nd highest manufacturer and exporter of bed sheets, bed linen, quilts from India and is among Top 3 bed sheet suppliers to the United States.
Newer Markets
Indo Count is now set to target the domestic market in India and has earmarked an outlay of Rs. 25 crores over three years for this purpose. The company also continues its global expansion with entry into new geographies by planning a foray in to Europe and Middle East.

Financial Performance
Indo Count has achieved a revenue of Rs. 2,070.78 crores in 2015-16 as against Rs. 1,679.95 crores in the previous year, thereby registering a growth of 23.3%. The net profit for the year ended 31st March, 2016 increased from Rs. 139.04 crores to Rs. 250.71 crores, showing a remarkable growth of 80.3%.On a consolidated basis, the company achieved revenue of Rs. 2,212.80 crores as against Rs. 1,781.80 crores in 2014-15 thereby registering a growth of 24.19%. Home textiles sold in FY2015-16 was 54 million meters, resulting in a volume growth of 28 %. Revenue growth for the year in home textile segment was 31 % resulting in the overall revenue growth of 24%.
