In an exclusive one-on-one, Mr. Dhandayuthapani, Director of MAG Solvics, said: “Participating in India ITME 2016 was a proud moment for us. This edition was a really successful one for MAG Solvics. We have been participating regularly and displaying our range of products which are not only technically advanced but economical too. This was reflected in the enquiries generated and confirmed orders from the show. Indeed, ITME 2016 showcased our strength like never before.”

The company had two stalls at the event. While one was at the spinning section, the other one was at the processing & garments sections to cater to specific customers. The company displayed its whole range of instruments from fibre testing to garmenting. HVT Expert 1401 (high volume fibre tester), TensoMaster (single yarn strength tester), UH Expert 2020 (fully automatic evenness & hairiness tester), SPinFO (online spindle monitoring system), IR LabDyer (lab dyeing m/c), DigiBurst (digital bursting strength tester), LabPad (padding mangle), WashFast UNI (color fastness against washing) and UniStretch (multi-strength tester), at the event.

Giving a brief on the company’s technology focus, Mr. Dhandayuthapani stated: “We had displayed our Evenness Tester, UH Expert 2020 with automatic bobbin changer, SPinFO – Online Monitoring System in the spinning section and IR Lab Dyer, Digital Bursting Strength Tester and Padding Mangle in the processing & garments section. All our other products too were displayed with focus on new technology, speed and the latest in data / report generation.”

Everyone who visited the company stall was considered a privileged customer. Adding further, he quipped: “We honored all our customers who gave utmost care and importance to each and everyone. One point that we wanted to share – we were delighted for meeting up with our worldwide agents, existing customers, including customers from all corporate companies and prospective customers during the show. Thanks to all for their presence.”

The company’s top management is happy over the response that its products received at the expo – not only finalized orders but also confirmation from customers that they will release orders soon. The company also received a good number of enquiries on which it would be working in the coming days and thanked the ITME Society for making top-class arrangements for attracting quality customers to the premier textile machinery trade fair.

Extremely positive is the outlook for the future of the Indian textile industry in 2017, Mr. Dhandayuthapani felt that the market is already under propulsion and would reach newer heights in the years to come.

Continuing on the subject he remarked: “The Government has announced many incentives to ensure growth, and we have started to feel the positive impact in the market. With GST and the tax slab of textiles in the lower end, we feel the Indian textile market is ready to boom.”

Summing up the company’s participation in the event, Mr. Dhandayuthapani observed: “While at first we were a little uncertain due to the economical glitches, it never showed up at the expo. This edition was much better than the last ITME 2012 in terms of quality visitors. We have also received ideas / inputs / suggestions from our valued customers for new products, changes and innovations required in our existing products which we will try and bring out in the days to come.”
