For Loris Bellini ITMA 2015 exceeded expectations. The company is highly satisfied with the response. It was exactly 20 years that ITMA was held in Milan, and “playing at home” again really was the best occasion for an official European presentation of the company’s new Pulsar technology for yarn dyeing on packages. Pulsar machines, both vertical and horizontal axis layout, were the main protagonist at the Loris Bellini stall which attracted the attention of the numerous visitors during the eight days of the show.
Pulsar technology, which is patented worldwide, introduces a truly innovative system for yarn dyeing, combining even better dyeing results to enormous savings of utilities required by the yarn dyeing process. By comparing this new technology to the company’s standard one, consumption of electric energy is reduced by 70 per cent, while a lower consumption of water (liquor ratio 1:4) will inevitably lead to reduction of steam and chemicals by approximately 20 to 30 per cent.
Pulsar is a great opportunity on several fronts, but three of them stand out in particular, protect the environment, gain advantages from substantial process economics and rely on the finest and most advanced technology for yarn dyeing now available on the market.
Currently more than 100 Pulsar machines are successfully operating in the most renowned dyehouses in the world.
ITMA is always a great chance to introduce new products to the market and close some important deals in the meantime. ITMA Milano 2015 was no exception, and Loris Bellini was able to finalize major orders in some strategic areas. Pulsar machines played a key role for its sale at ITMA, and it is reasonable to think many other projects for yarn dyeing will come up in the forthcoming future.
Visitors who spent their precious time at the Loris Bellini stall were highly skilled and brought some strong motivations to support their interest in the new Pulsar technology. They had clear projects in mind, and the Loris Bellini team had clear suggestions to give, simply the most effective union for a continuous co-operation together in the future. Turkey, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and, of course, Italy were the main countries the visitors came from.
With 2016 not too far, the management of Loris Bellini feels that their expectations will meet reality and this positive momentum will be confirmed.
