Ring frame LRJ9 SX
Ring frame LRJ9 SX with 1824 spindles is designed to cater to customers requirement of ease of producing wide ranging counts, value added yarns compact, slub, multi count, multi twist and core yarn with various fibres from Kevlar, aramid, ramie, flax, jute, modal, acrylic, polypropylene, polyester, viscose and cotton with the unique change gearless drafting drive.
The doff time of less than 100 seconds has been breached to improve the machine utilisation. Ring frame LRJ9 SX meets the futuristic green initiatives with Low Decibel spindles, Lower power consumption through energy efficient motors, drives, patented inverter driven dual suction system.
Draw frame LDA Z
Ergonomically designed Draw frame LDA Z equipped with Duo digital autolevelling delivers quality sliver with CV 1m less than 0.4%. 4 over 3 drafting system with shortest delivery distance handles the sliver gently thus ensuring consistency and higher efficiency.
Comber LK69
LMW was the first to launch World’s fastest comber LK69 and has been successfully working across the globe at 600 npm with productivity levels of upto 2.1 tons/day .
Further to enhance customer comfort and flexibility, the Indian machinery manufacturer displays new comber which eliminates change gears and pulleys by servo drives and inverter.
Card LC636
Having always followed the philosophy of well carded is half spun, LMW showcases the Card LC636 with high productivity at uncompromised quality levels. The 1.5 meter width card has the largest carding area and active flat index (AFI) along with unique feeding system for delivering superior quality.
Speed frame LF4200 AX
To save overall factory space and match longer ring frames of 1824 spindles, LMW launches the new Speed frame with 240 spindles and new drive system.
For significant saving in manpower and improving flexibility in the process the company introduces the new Lap Transportation System and Roving Transportation System.
