The Qubex Spark comes with an array of features like reduction in friction by the fibres to the card clothing, carding action and enhanced nep removal efficiency. It includes progressive angle in a single tooth for intensive opening of fibres. It is designed with special profile at the tip of the wire that helps to retain the sharpness and avoids frequent re-sharpening. The proven metallurgical composition of steel helps to withstand the intense strains of super high speed cards.
The pursuit of innovative products prompted LCC to craft newer products for the latest carding machines. The result is Edge, an innovative product to meet the mandatory requirements of the modern super high production cards with stationary flat tops. Stationary flat tops above the licker-in and the doffer enhance carding efficiency and reduce yarn imperfection. The Edge stationary flat top is based on the latest technology to meet the burgeoning demand.
