Sharing details about the key global markets for the company, Lanaro said, “Currently, the key global markets are China, India and Europe. The future markets on which we are focusing are Vietnam, Indonesia and Pakistan, which offer good development opportunities.” Speaking about the recent technology innovations at Lawer, he stated: “Our latest innovations are mainly focused on laboratory systems which offer latest-generation technology to prepare fully automatically laboratory solutions and to dye fabric or yarn samples in-line.”
New Launch at ITMA 2023
The company is all set for a new launch at ITMA 2023. “The forthcoming trade fair will be an opportunity to launch our new laboratory systems in the market, thus completing the range of machines for the automatic colour kitchens. With ITMA 2023, Lawer wants to strengthen and consolidate its position as a market leader and its presence in all the textile markets in the world,” Lanaro said. ITMA 2019 was all about Industry 4.0 and sharing his views on what is next in terms of manufacturing, automation and digitisation, Lanaro said, “The future of the production processes must be found in the verticalization of production alongside automation to guarantee constant and repeatable quality as well as digitalisation to control traceability, all of which are all essential elements to guarantee the final quality of the products.”
Strength Areas
When queried on how the company’s systems ensure sustainable manufacturing, Lanaro remarked, “We can ensure sustainability in the production process of the systems thanks to our solar energy panels and waste recycling system and also for those who use our systems, because they can save more water and waste less products during the production.”
Elaborating on the key strengths of the company which make it stand out from its competitors, he said, “The greatest advantage is our verticalized production cycle, which guarantees the customer the highest quality of the finished product, thanks to the production and quality control of every single component of our systems.”
“Lawer can also offer very long and substantial experience, essential to know products which are dosed and their management. Finally, Lawer offers the entire range of products and systems for an automatic colour kitchen, thus allowing the customer to rely on a single supplier,” he added.
Lanaro sounded confident about the continued growth of the company in the future. “We expect constant growth for our systems, thanks to the need of our customers to produce with more precision, more repeatability and guaranteeing constant quality of the product, which can be only reached by automating the dye preparation processes. Every customer all over the world will need to automate their processes with Lawer solutions,” he said.
