KCI, a pioneer in manufacturing niche application bearings for textile machinery companies, supplies 85 per cent of its production to major OEMs. At India ITME 2016, KCI displayed a wide range of new products like line shaft bearings (BT-2019) for LMW speed frames, main drive shaft bearings (45 NPPB) and drafting gear bearings (4905 2RS) for LMW ring frames, belt tension pulley for Zinser speedframe and Savio / Star walkman TFO, and special bearings for Zinser speedframe, including the traditional products like bottom roller bearings, Jockey pulleys, winding bearings, etc.
The company also displayed many import-substitute items like different types of contact roller assemblies and corner pulleys for tangential spindle drive. These new products received good response, especially from overseas visitors.
The company also introduced a new series of special application flanged bearings like GE 25 KRRB, GE 35 KRRB, RAE 30 KRRB, etc., applicable for Trutzschler Blow Room and Card. Key executives from groups like Vardhman, Raymond, LNJ Bhilwara, Arvind, Nahar, Welspun, Syntex, etc., visited the stall and appreciated KCI for providing the widest range of special application bearings for spinning machineries.
With the introduction of new products KCI has proved the world’s largest manufacturer of niche application bearings in its segment.
Many visitors from overseas countries like Vietnam, Iran, Bangladesh, Turkey, South Korea, Egypt, Spain, France, etc., visited the stall and showed their keen interest in the entire range of products.
In the last five years KCI has further penetrated both the domestic and overseas markets to retain its brand leadership in niche application bearings, exclusively for spinning.
