The company’s products have been benchmarked to international standards and the trade fair will provide yet another opportunity to create a stronger global footprint
InspirOn Engineering (P) Limited (IEPL) has made a mark for itself globally as a manufacturer of high-performance aluminium flyers. The company is all set to showcase its products at ITMA Milan, 2023. “ITMA is an international platform where buyers, sellers, exhibitors and trendsetters meet every four years in a European textile-based destination. We have been participating in ITMA since at least the last 25 years i.e. five editions. This is a very important event for us to connect with the customers and the global market,” said Managing Director Amol Bhagwati in an exclusive interaction.
High-Performance Products
Elaborating on the products and solutions offered by the company for the global market in the textile sphere, Bhagwati stated, “We have two sets of products in the textile sphere. In spinning accessories we have a product called flyer which is almost 50 years young and still at a commanding position in terms of market presence and market share. We are the single-largest supplier to the textile roving OEM manufacturers like Saurer, Marzoli, ElectroJet and LMW. Our global presence among end-users and OEMs is 115,000 flyers last year. Our second product in the textile processing equipment is the stenter which is used for textile finishing as well as drying and heat setting.”
“We have around 250 installations in India and a few overseas in Africa and the US. Our brand for local parlance is ‘Motex 15000’ and for export purpose it is called ‘SprintOn’. Our motto is to supply European quality at Asian price. The company’s products enjoy good standing in key markets worldwide.”
The flyer has wide presence in the Southeast Asian markets like Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. It also has a presence in Italy, Germany, Turkey, Spain, Egypt and China.” The SprintOn stenter has a presence in the US through Crypton and Milliken and in Africa through WSTM and Southern Range Nyanza,” he added.
Geared up for ITMA 2023
When asked whether the company intends launching any new product at ITMA, Amol Bhagwati informed, “At present we are staying with our existing models of flyers and stenters. We wish to geographically expand our market based on the global footprint.”
Pointing out the key advantages offered by the company’s products, which give them the required competitive edge, Bhagwati noted, “Our strength is in giving value for money which is what our philosophy of European quality for Asian price represents. This stands equally for both flyer and stenter products where we offer surplus value over price in terms of quality and product experience, benchmarked to equivalent international products.”
