Inspiron is very happy with the response at the recently held India-ITME. The company displayed its latest development in Stenter technology MOTEX 15000 and new padder design Hi Squeeze. Inspiron also had a separate display of “InspirOn Flyer” now being supplied to all OEMs in Europe, India and China.
Mr. Sanjay Kowarkar, Vice President, said: “We have been displaying borrowed technology for Stenter so far. We developed our own technology for Motex 15000 Stenter with exclusive features such as higher drying efficiency, advanced and user friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI), redesigned topography of chain imparting higher strength however, reducing its weight requiring less energy for its rotation, remote access for fast diagnosis and corrective action, superior insulation of roof and door panels of chambers, etc. We believe in Sustained technology development to bring in new features, operational economies and user friendliness. Our product development is backed by DSIR recognised R&D facility to carry out trials for validation of new features”.
The padder on display at India ITME had several features like increased squeezing efficiency, accurate level control, single point operational ease, fast and thorough cleaning etc. which are need of the hour and was well appreciated by the industry.
Talking about the response at the show, he said: “We had good response from across industry segment for Stenter. Be it Corporate customers, de-centralised segment, high-end customers as those in Tirupur region, everybody visited us at our booth. With regard to Flyers, we had many visitors from leading textile spinning mills for their requirement of spares, not only from India but also from countries like Bangladesh, China etc. Additionally, all Europeans OEMs as well as Indian OEMs did visit our booth”.
Looking back on a successful India-ITME show, Inspiron is confident of a successful 2017 for both the stenter and flyers business. The company expects several orders to be concluded during the year.
