Hyosung Corporation, currently the largest global spandex producer with the creora brand, hosted a creora workshop for its key partner mills and brands in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan in mid-April.
At the workshop, the company introduced new trends for 2017, combined with fabric concepts using specialty creora spandex and new products:
• creora Color+ dyeable spandex with MIPAN Aqua-X for cool touch for running and sports bras
• creora eco-soft low heat settable spandex with polypropylene for new range of performance fabrics
• creora Color+ for lace in colorful and delicate fabrics for molded bras and shapewear
• New deniers of creora Black with Cotna (Natural-touch Polyester) or Mipan ATY for increased power without grin through for yoga and running
• New 55 denier creora highclo super chlorine resistant spandex for competitive & shaping swimwear
• creora eco-soft in hybrid blends of cotton/silk/modal or linen/lyocell for ready to wear, athlesuire and loungewear cross over
• New fine denier mipan robic high tenacity nylon with creora powerfit for durability plus comfort in stretch wovens
“The development workshops, combined with our investment in new capacity and the new fabric development center in China, demonstrated our creora global leadership.
