RRM has been more than a mentor; he’s been my guru. When I began my journey by launching my brand SPACES in 2003, he was there to guide me every step of the way. He taught me about the product, how to work through challenges, and the intricacies of costing and pricing.
Above all, RRM imparted a crucial lesson on business ethics and emphasized the importance of being obsessed with the customer, making customer-centricity the core of decision-making.
