Techtextil India will be held in Mumbai from October 3 to 5. The international trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens represents the complete spectrum of these fields and their range of applications.

Groz-Beckert Asia takes part in this trade fair for the first time and shows innovative nonwoven and weaving products in hall 6, booth C30.

For nonwovens manufacturers, Groz-Beckert presents the new EcoStar, the universal felting needle for almost all applications. Compared to standard needles it offers an improved surface quality of the end product and longer service life. The EcoStar is, for example, suitable for use in areas like automotives, filtration and geotextiles.

Furthermore, the newly-developed HyTec D Jet Strip for hydroentangled products will be introduced. It provides numerous advantages, for example nozzle edges with improved wear resistance and reduced energy consumption.

Filter media play a key role in the rapid growth of technical textiles worldwide. For needle felts the right selection of needles plays a crucial role. The large number of suitable needle types with different barb sizes and shapes as well as working part gauges and cross sections enables Groz-Beckert to offer the ideal felting needle for all needled filter media.

In the weaving sector Groz-Beckert offers performance-proven warp-tying machines with simple operation. These KnotMaster machines are rapid, universally usable and can knot even very fine warps.
