Launches machines with low liquor ratio
The Hong Kong-based, GOFRONT Holding Ltd. specializes in green, environment-friendly, energy-efficient yarn and fabric dyeing machines with extremely low liquor ratio. The company, with its manufacturing facilities and subsidiaries located in mainland China, is represented in northern and western parts of India by H.V. MARKETINGS and in south India by Madura Creation Pvt. Ltd.
At the recently-held ITMA Asia 2018 in Shanghai, the company had showcased the following products:
- GF241XLB, HT-HP yarn/fiber dyeing machine capable of one-way flow direction at the 1:3 liquor ratio or two-way flow direction at the 1:4.5 liquor ratio.
- GLFXA – HT-HP long tube fabric dyeing machine with a low liquor ratio of 1:4 to 8, specially designed for light-weight and sensitive fabrics.
- GFALA – HT-HP fabric dyeing machine, a combination over-flow and airflow with three dyeing modes, i.e., over-flow at the 1:3.5 liquor ratio, air-flow at the 1:3 liquor ratio or combination air-flow and over-flow at the 1:3.25 liquor ratio. It is specially designed for sensitive fabrics for crease-free and shrink-free dyeing quality.
- GOXL – HT-HP overflow dyeing machine of similar design as the model GFALA. Sans air-flow, the machine is designed for crease-free and shrink-free dyeing quality.
- GFS-B (HT) – HT-HP hank spray dyeing machine for single or multi-color. Space dyeing of hanks, tapes, etc., either liquor ratio of 1:5 for single color and 1:6.5 for multi-color.
In an exclusive chat with The Textile Magazine, Mr. Siu Chun Lam, Managing Director of the company, said that 2018 marks the start of a new decade for GOFRONT with the turnover being significantly higher than in the previous years. The company’s key global markets extend across four continents – Asia, Africa, Europe and South America.
Commenting on the new launches, Mr. Siu said: “We have introduced several new models both for yarn and fabric dyeing with advanced technological features and extremely low liquor ratio which are exclusive only from GOFRONT and not available from any other makers. These models were exhibited at the ITMA Asia 2018.”
Referring to a significant achievement in recent times, Mr. Siu stated: “With the aim of contributing to the energy conservation and emission reduction program of international organizations, GOFRONT has developed low liquor ratio dyeing machines for both yarn and fabric for which have won several awards.
Mr. Siu felt that India will soon emerge the biggest textile producer and exporter, next only to China, with adequate availability of materials and manpower and an expanding domestic market base with high per capita consumption of textile products.
The company has supplied hundreds of its machines in the Indian market and its reputed clientele includes top names such as Nahar Group, Oswal Woollen Mills, Viraat Textiles, Emperor Textiles, Royal Processors, etc.
On the competitive edge that GOFRONT machines enjoy over others, Mr. Siu said: “GOFRONT introduced the first and only yarn dyeing machine with extremely low liquor ratio of 1:3 that comes with a unique technology. GOFRONT has also introduced the first and only combination air-flow and over-flow fabric dyeing machine with extremely low liquor ratio, with three different dyeing modes depending on the fabric to be processed. We also offer turnkey solutions for yarn dyeing plants with the supply of the complete range of machines, from soft winders, dyeing, hydro-extraction, drying, and hard winding.”
GOFRONT has a team of China-trained local service engineers present in India available all 24 hours. These apart, Chinese engineers also periodically visit India for inspection and servicing of machines.
