TeFoc, a leading global supplier of textile components to Indian customers, has been appointed by FAG India, a division of FAG Germany and part of the Schaeffler Group, as its authorised distributor for its range of bearings for the Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh markets.
Tefoc is already the distributor of INA bearings, and with the addition of FAG, the company is confident of providing complete bearing solutions for the textile industry.
The German-based FAG has been one of the top manufacturers of precision ball and roller bearings for industrial, automotive, mechanical engineering, and aerospace industries. FAG has 58 manufacturing plants worldwide. In India its manufacturing plants in Baroda, have most advanced manufacturing technology. The company is certified to ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
TeFoc would stock a wide range of FAG bearings in both locations – Coimbatore and Guntur – making it available for ready distribution. Some of the bearings that would be stocked are 6000/6200/6300 Series ball bearings, 1209K, 1211K, 1309K self-aligning ball bearings, miniature ball bearings and spherical roller bearings.
FAG ball bearings and roller bearings are manufactured as standard and special bearings of many designs and sizes with diameters ranging from 3 millimeters to 4.25 meters with international quality standards. As for quality, FAG is using 6CR 100 high carbon steel with 63°.
