Apart from its traditional products such as cloth guiders, stenter in feed devices and fabric spreaders, Erhardt+Leimer (E+L) exhibited a series of other products like pick counters, weft straighteners, fabric temperature measurement, moisture controller, exhaust humidity controller and fabric edge trimming device. Apart from its pick counter which can be used in stenter and sanforizing machines, all other products are for use in stenters.
The company had also exhibited tension monitors as well as tension controllers which find application in both sizing and washing machines. The tubular cutting device for knit fabric with a new camera-based sensor in which the operator can see the drop stitch was also on display. The overall stall focus was on products required in automation of processing of knit fabrics.
It may be mentioned the company also launched its pick counter at the show, and the product attracted tremendous response. The company already sold two systems prior to the show, and during the exhibition it had several enquiries for the product.
The company feels that 2017 will be a better year for textiles, especially for E+L products. They help textile processors easily improve productivity and quality and reduce wastage.
There were more than 20 machinery manufacturers exhibiting the company products on their machines. More than 150 customers from Surat, Mumbai, Tarapur, Tirupur, Faridabad and Bhilwara visited the company stall during the show.
