air jets, aspirating, cutting and splic-
ing units, bearings, friction units and
discs, texturing cots and aprons, and
spindles.
To meet the growing customer
demand for online monitoring solu-
tions, the know-how in the feld of
monitoring systems for all textile fl-
ament processes has been combined
in a “Competence Centre”. This step
enables the unit to offer improved
products and services.
Drafting competence
In drafting, the Texparts PK 2600
SE series was exhibited with a new
support system. The PK SE series
can be installed for the frst time on
all ring spinning machines available
in the market; thus a signifcant bar-
rier to market leadership has been
removed.
In compact competence, the ap-
plication advantages of the Texparts
PK SE were shown together with all
leading compact systems. A crucial
basic element in the application of
every compact system is having a
partner you can rely on. In this case
a pressure arm that takes up the
compact system creates homogene-
ous drafting characteristics.
All components that come into
contact with the fbre material dur-
ing compacting infuence the com-
pacting result, especially the cots
and aprons. Accotex Cots are today
the unchallenged market leader in
practical compacting technology,
regardless of the compacting sys-
tem.
Only those who have knowl-
edge of the conditions and interac-
tions in textile technology are truly
qualifed to manufacture the optimal
components. In textile application
competence, the broad application
spectrum of the Texparts CS Spin-
dle Family, together with Texparts
Zero Underwinding, was displayed,
while the new Accotex 78210 G KN
knurled apron was presented for the
frst time.
Shrinkage competence
In shrinkage, the company’s Day-
tex shrinkage belt with the new
Daytex curved edge, known for its
durability and price-performance
ratio, was on display. Once a textile
fnisher has experienced a Daytex
shrinkage belt in production and
received the value of service, he is
sure to remain an esteemed custom-
er of Oerlikon Textile Components.
