Yarn stand
At ITMA Barcelona, Rieter pre-
sented its yarn stand for the frst
time in the new fber and yarn sec-
tion. This stand has been represent-
ing Rieter for many years at fabric
exhibitions. Rieter yarns, fabrics
and end-products from ring yarn,
Com4 compact yarn, ComfoRo ro-
tor yarn and the new air-jet spinning
yarn ComforJet were on show. This
highlighted Rieter’s expertise as a
system supplier, from the fber to
the yarn right up to the end product.
Valuable contacts with customers,
processors and yarn handlers took
place. The cooperation with fber
manufacturers (e.g., Lenzing) made
it possible to recognize trends with
fabrics and yarns and to incorporate
these in the current machine devel-
opments.
Rieter thereby supports its licen-
sees and reference customers in
the marketing of yarns and simul-
taneously helps to make the unique
properties of Rieter yarns better
known in the sales market.
