Ltd., emphasized the importance
and criticality of the environmental
factor in the processing industry.
Mr. Ludger Sommer of Thies,
spoke on the latest development in
discontinuous dyeing technology
and solution from Thies as well as
the dye house automation technol-
ogy and solution.
Thies model iMaster in HTHP
version with ultra low liquor
hydrolic soft flow dyeing m/cs for
knitted fabrics is one of the high-
lighted equipment from the com-
pany’s complete product range. The
most important factor is less water
consumption which ultimately re-
sults in low consumption of steam,
power, chemicals and dyestuffs.
Mr. Sommer also touched upon
the proven yarn dyeing machine
model “ecobloc” HTHP with airpad
system of capacities (1-11,000
kg), where the MLR is optimised
between 1:3-1:6. The model “Quat-

a symposium on “advanced discontinuous dyeing
technology & solution for modern efficient & effective
dye house” jointly with its partner Thies & Setex from
Germany at Ludhiana on May 3. The overwhelming
response from the participants contributed for the
success of the event.
