raw material exploitation and sliver
quality.
With the integrated grinding sys-
tem IGS, the sliver quality is main-
tained at a high level. By utilizing
draw frame modules instead of the
classical can coilers, the customer
has the possibility to optimally
layout the process.
The E 80 comber meets the high-
est standards in terms of productiv-
ity, quality and economy together
with a high degree of flexibility.
The effective production perform-
ance of the comber, in combination
with the fully automated ROBOlap
lap piecing system, is 2 tonnes/day.
The lead in combing technology
has been extended further through
C•A•P•DQ (Computer Aided Proc-
ess Development). With outstand-
ing fiber selection and optimal
machine running behavior, the
comber achieves superior quality
values with maximum economy.
The mill-proven ROBOlap fully
automated lap changing and piecing
system is a unique feature and still
sets the standard for modern comb-
ing operations.
Large 1,000 mm cans can now
be utilized in the Rieter fiber and
spinning preparation from the card
to the comber. The number of dif-
ferent cans in the spinning mill can
thereby be reduced which keeps
the investment costs low. Thanks
to larger can sizes, the operator
time is reduced and the yarn quality
improved as a result of the lower
number of sliver piecings.
The G 32 ring spinning machine
complements Rieter’s ring spinning
technology for standard applica-
tions. The textile-technological
functions of the mill-proven G
35 model have been optimized to
achieve cost-efficient yarn produc-
tion. Customers profit from a top
quality machine that combines effi-
cient energy utilization and superior
yarn quality with high spinning
speeds.
Rieter’s G 32 ring spinning
machine can be equipped with
EliTeCompactSet for compact spin-
ning applications. The well-known
EliTeCompactSet and Rieter’s
cost-efficient ring spinning technol-
ogy of G 32 with the P3-1 guide
arm have been combined to achieve
high value compact yarn quality on
a reasonable investment cost.
The new R 60 fully automatic
rotor spinning machine sets new
standards in quality, productivity
and flexibility with reduced en-
ergy consumption. The improved
spinning stability of the new S 60
spinning unit allows a productivity
increase of up to five per cent over
other machines, with better yarn
quality. The productivity potential
with 540 rotors and up to 4 fast
robots is enormous. The option of
