tages. It’s simple operation, and the
operator does not need a high level
of computing technology. Simple
daily maintenance requiring no spe-
cial maintenance. The technicians
can operate the system after short
training. The whole process runs au-

will be delivered on time, while the
whole process is monitored by the
computer.
THEN CHD enhances the suc-
cess rate of one-time dyeing and
controls the loss by reducing waste.
“It will be a global trend for dyeing
factories transforming to automation
mode of production. The use of intel-
ligence and automation systems will
become more and more common.
Automation can improve the success
of one-time dyeing rate by reducing
the manual operation errors, which
for example minimize the batch and
shade differences caused by human
error. It is easy for history checking
as all information is stored in the
computer. In the meantime, the tight
control of consumption of auxiliaries
can minimize the waste and therefore
improve the production efficiency,”
Mr. Li further explained.
In 2012, numerous industry
manufacturers are on the sidelines
when forecasting the market trend
of the near future, but Donghaipang
will continue to actively work with
