Preparations for the launch of the 4th generation Pasha Stenter Machine in 2022, which has been sold worldwide since its launch in 2016 and which has won export awards for EFFE for years, continue at full speed
Turkish machinery manufacturers contribute 10.9% to the total exports of Turkey. EFFE, one of the leading names in textile finishing machines, also makes a significant contribution to the Turkish economy with its machinery exports all over the world. In particular, the Pasha Stenter Machine, which was launched at the ITM Exhibition organised from June 1-4, 2016, and started to make a name for itself in the Turkish market in 2017, has reached high export numbers after one year of its introduction to the market. As such, EFFE succeeded to be among the companies that export the most in the textile and apparel machinery and accessories product group by the Machinery Exporters Association in 2018.
The year 2019 was a repeat of these successes for the EFFE brand, a company whose production subject is only stenter machines. The company was among the top five exporting companies in 2019. EFFE, which increased the number of countries in export markets and satisfied customers in 2020 when tough pandemic conditions were experienced, was honoured with the same award. The company took its place among the top five exporting companies once again. Ihsan Mokanoğlu, Managing Partner of EFFE Machinery, evaluated his achievements in exports and successive awards, and made the following statement: “Machinery, which is the basic constituent of production, is the essential equipment that provides and maintains the welfare and comfort of societies and people.”
“At EFFE we have believed from the first day that end-users in the textile industry need to be different in order to gain a production advantage. We have completed our research and development studies in this direction. First, we designed a stenter machine with the motto of ‘Discover the Differences’. Then, when our machines started to operate and produce for the end-users, we tried to convey the production efficiency differences and energy consumption differences to other users in our marketing channels. Further, users conveying their satisfaction levels to other users in the sector enabled the unit to make a name for itself. Thus, our machine has reached high demand levels thanks to its performance, production advantages, and technologies,” he added.
Since the launch of the machine on June 1, 2016, dozens of points have been developed on the machine, both with the complementary and innovative research and development studies of the company’s technical team and with the special demands of the end-users producing different types of fabrics. Solutions were produced according to different expectations of different countries. “We look forward to presenting our newly developed machine with its renewed technology and distinguished differences at another ITM Exhibition from June 14-18, 2022,” Mokanoğlu said.
New Generation Pasha Stenter Machine
The stenter unit, which has been on the market as the 3rd generation Pasha Stenter Machine for a period of six years, is preparing to be presented to the users at the ITM Istanbul Exhibition as a 4th generation machine in the near future. The machine, which will be launched with new features that are advanced both visually and functionally from the previous machine, will definitely exceed the performance and success of the previous generations. One of the most important pillars of this is the right choice of the EFFE technical team that has always used state-of-the-art technologies in their existing machines without any cost concerns. The EFFE technical and management team, which is currently making the highest quality of raw material and commercial product choices, aims to utilise new technological systems in the new generation machinery. This is something which even its competitors in the world do not use. The company is preparing a machine that has advantages that will set an example for other machine manufacturers. In an interview published in 2016, the management had said, “A more productive stenter, a higher quality stenter, more stenter, even more stenter machines.” In a more recent interaction, the management stated: “We were producing two to three stenter machines per month back then. In 2021 our monthly production capacity has reached seven stenter machines. With the completion of new investments, we plan to produce 11-12 stenter machines per month in 2022.”
