Optimistic Outlook
Deep Bhatt is optimistic of the growth of the compressor market in the near future. “In the post-pandemic stage the market is growing rapidly and all the industries will be benefited from this revival in growth and a stable government,” he says. Listing down the key reasons which gives the company its competitive edge, Sandip Patel, CEO of Deep Pneumatics, comments: “First of all, India has a large domestic market where compressors’ demand is growing at an average CAGR of 6.2% every year. We have been present in this segment for the past 28 years. Moreover, we have various technological tie-ups with global leading parts’ manufacturers of compressors in order to maintain optimum quality.”
“We have kept strict quality measures for durable and longer life of our compressors. We have a proper facility of production and testing with skilled manpower. Furthermore, we have a strong organisational structure for managing each department with enough experience, especially for after-sales. We are already making an impact in the Indian market only due to our proven products which offer premium efficiency and quality at a much lower price than any other global player. Our compressors are designed keeping in mind the climatic conditions of India, which is also one of the factors of success as compared to other players,” he adds.
Sound Infrastructure
Throwing light on the company’s manufacturing infrastructure, Bhatt informs: “As of now, our manufacturing capacity is around 800+ screw air compressors, 2,000+ reciprocating air compressors, 1,000+ air dryers and 40+ PSA plants annually. We made an investment of Rs 3 crore last year and now this year we are going to invest another Rs 7 crore for a new facility adjoining our existing facility. This will surely make a good impact to increase our market share.” Finally, sharing his vision for the company, he says: “Our vision is to commit and deliver high-quality products which can drive future technology from generation to another and hence our mission motto is ‘Transformation Towards Sustainable Growth’.”
That said, the company has a five-year plan till 2025 to achieve the following:
