At ITMA 2015, Corino Macchine launched TUBE-ONE, the first machine in the world to effectively extract enzyme residues from the internal surface of tubular fabrics after bio-polish treatment in the dyeing process. Its innovative working concept offers greater benefits compared to the other systems available.
In particular, TUBE-ONE offers the best balance between the cleaning effect and productivity. Easy to handle by a single operator, it doesn’t consume water during operation, and the very high water stream is continuously filtered and recirculated.
TUBE-ONE also preserves the effluent treatment plant, and all the extracted lint is collected.
