Coimbatore Air Control Systems to showcase quality range of humidification solutions at Texfair 2022

The company has a good standing in the market thanks to its strong focus on quality and research and development, which is totally indigenous

Coimbatore Air Control Systems Private Limited has carved a distinct niche for itself in the field of humidification products. The company has made rapid inroads into the market in recent times. It will be showcasing its wide range of products at the forthcoming Texfair 2022 trade fair to be held in Coimbatore. An exclusive chat with the directors of the company revealed that they were satisfied with the company’s performance in recent times. “FY 2021-22 was a good year for us. It was much better compared to the previous year,” Director Chandran Prabakaran said.

Seconding the thoughts, the management said, “We have done double the turnover of the previous year. Despite the pandemic we have been able to perform well. We hope that the worst of the pandemic is over and hope to continue doing well in the near future.” The company is known for constantly trying to improve its products. “We used the relatively lean period during the pandemic to upgrade our products. We also worked upon improving the service aspect,” Director V Rajasekar elaborated.

“When it comes to humidification plants, a civil building used to be a necessity. The recent trend is towards prefabricated structures. We have developed a prefabricated structure for our humidification plants. We have already got orders, which we have executed successfully,” Ramkumar added. The directors feel confident of the continued growth of the company in the near future. “A lot of new mill projects have been announced. The delivery of production machinery is going up. As such, we are optimistic of the continued growth of the textile industry, which augurs well for us too,” Director S Mohan stated.

When asked about the opportunities thrown up by the growth of the manmade fibre segment, G Muralidharan said: “Our plants go well with both cotton and MMF processing units. So, we have equal opportunities and look forward to the growth.” Listing down the key reasons why the company holds a competitive edge over others in the field, Prabakaran observed: “There has been a mushrooming of a lot of small players in the industry. However, you should remember that we started in the year 2000. We have established a reputation for ourselves over all these years. We have a certain standing in the market, thanks to our strong focus on quality and research and development, which is totally indigenous. We are constantly striving to improve too.”

The company is keen to make a bigger impact at a global level. “We have made a foray into the Bangladesh market recently. Now that hopefully we are nearing the end of the pandemic, we look forward to exploring other key global markets,” Ramkumar said. To meet the growing demands of their products, the company is expanding its manufacturing facility by adding one more production unit near to their existing factory. Finally, sharing the company’s vision for 2025, K K Pradeep said: “By 2025 we would like to establish ourselves in many key global markets.” Looking forward to welcoming visitors to their stall at Texfair 2022, Prabhakaran mentioned: “We are Stall Nos. BC 39 and BC 40 and look forward to meeting new as well as our old customers. We would be showcasing our wide range of humidification products.”
