The Brückner Textile Technology Group with more than 60 years of tradition and experience is a system supplier in the field of dry finishing of knitted and woven fabric as well as finishing of technical textiles. The company brand stands for reliability, continuity and a personal relationship with customers.
In order to be closer to the market and to its partners in China, the company decided in 2004 to set up its own sales representative office there where its Sales Managers, Mr. Liu Jian Feng and Mr. Qiu Gui Hua, are now stationed. Both of them have years of experience in the textile field, as also in the various technical textile applications which Brückner can provide. In this function they support the customers in China and give recommendation for the “best” machine configuration to achieve the highest performance with the lowest energy consumption.
The company has also appointed agents for different areas to keep an even more intensive contact with customers to discuss their demands and requirements. For the Fujian and Guangdong province, the company is co-operating with the agency Union Trading (China) Ltd. located in Hongkong. For the remaining provinces of China, it is working together with the agency Chemtax Industrial Co. Ltd. HKG with its different branch offices in the country.
As some specific industries in China have special demands, Brückner has additionally decided to co-operate with the agency Sinoca Trading Shanghai Ltd., especially for woollen and worsted projects in the whole of China. In case of requirement of any specific machine out of the Brueckner portfolio, both the company salesmen in the representative office and its agents are ready to discuss the issue with the valuable partner.
Since the early 1990s, Brueckner could sell hundreds of different types of machines to many well-known customers in China like the world’s biggest terry towel producer, the biggest lace fabric producer, the biggest circuit board producer as well as the biggest circuit in China.
As it understood the demands of its customers, the company set up the Brueckner Service Center China many years ago with offices in Hongkong, Panyu and Shanghai. The experienced and well-known German technician, Mr. Gerhard Scheid, is running these offices since decades, ably supported by his assistant Mrs. Echo Ji.
Thanks to the different locations of its service stations and the sufficient number of experienced technicians Brueckner is in a position to help its customers in case of erection/commissioning and of required service support within a very short time.
