The latest gem conceived, designed and developed at Bianco is the digital print introduction machine for fabrics, Bianco Inkjet Infeed, installed at the factory of Miroglio in Govone (CN, Italy), where one of its “ancestors” already operates (it was actually installed just a few months earlier, but this is a field that evolves very fast) and where, in a matter of a few weeks, one of its “twins” will be mounted.
Bianco and Miroglio, located in the same territory, have found solid grounds of understanding and for a close-knit collaboration, thanks to which the know-how of one has succeeded in satisfying the requirements of the other, with reciprocal advantages.
The machine Bianco Inkjet Infeed manufactured by Bianco for Miroglio has been designed “around” a digital print machine made in Japan, capable of “painting” 350 linear meters of fabric per hour. Replacing the classic rotary print machine, it allows the utmost “customization” of supplies of fabric, both when it comes to patterns and to quantities, without considering the lesser cost for its registration and the saving benefited on ink.
The gears and software designed by Bianco, moreover, get rid of waste tied to the elastic properties of the cloths, curved distortions and alignment gaps on the fabric, and allow operation in continuous mode with considerable time saving.
The digital print, with its exceptional versatility, therefore, allows the industry, in this case Miroglio, to tackle a difficult market like textiles, offering what competitors from the Far East can’t seem to do: even the least quantities, with motifs and patterns that can adapt to all kinds of requests, benefiting in particular a customization of the product that was hitherto unimaginable.
Further, it would seem that marketing results in the Old World, especially in Germany, are reason for cautious optimism.
On its part, Bianco today can rely on affiliates and subsidiaries with offices in India and China where a team of tightly-knit and skilled designers is at work and has IT systems available that are always updated to ensure constant innovation.
