Biancalani presented BRIO and AIRO 24 at ITMA 2011. BRIO is an original active stabilizing dryer for knits working in semi-open form and in discontinuous with incredible results. The AIRO 24 is a continuous open width tumbler to soften, dry and ennoble fabrics made of natural fibres, artificial, synthetics and any of their blend.
Mr. Rossano Biancalani of Biancalani SRL, said: “We are very happy with the outcome at ITMA 2011. We could not have foreseen such good attendance, and especially the quality of visitors. We have finalised some orders and many are under negotiation with a number of customers, including some with Indian customers”.
The BRIO is a machine using a patented system to perform a drying treatment of knitwear and simultaneously achieve the maximum possible shrinkage of the article. This shrinkage allows a nearly definitive dimensional stability. There is no other machine on the market that can guarantee such performance. The Indian customers are very much interested in this new product, and a new BRIO is already installed in India at a very important customer, said Mr. Rossano Biancalani.
In India, Biancalani is working with its agent Bakubhai Ambalal for the last 15 years. The company has so far sold over 50 machines in India, to some of the biggest names in the textile industry. One of Biancalani’s strong commitments is to raise awareness of the superb performance of its AIRO 24 machines to the manufacturers in the terry towel sector, he said.
Grown to be a benchmark for the finishing of any kind of fabric, Airo 24 is installed in many textile industries, thanks to its excellent performance in terms of shrinkage, appearance, volume and guaranteed productivity. The machine is used in all application fields: from apparel fabrics to upholstery ones, from technical fabrics to terry towel, from synthetic leather to knits.
In India, Biancalani offers the AIRO which is used in softening, drying and washing of woven fabrics, knitted and nonwoven, using air to transport the fabric rope; AIRO 24 continuous tumbler for treatment of fabrics in open width, with high production capacity; BRIO discontinuous tumbler for treatment of knit fabric, with a revolutionary shrinking system able to grant the ultimate dimensional stability; and other high performance well-known machinery for milling and washing of woollen fabrics.
As the Indian market is very important for Biancalani, it will continue taking particular care of the market jointly with Bakubhai Ambalal.
